  • Need a refill or have a question about your prescription? Contact our team at: meds@sparrowbh.com

    Please include your name, date of birth, medication name, and pharmacy. We’ll confirm your request and let you know if a follow-up appointment is needed before refilling.

  • For questions about your balance, payment receipts, or superbills, please reach out to: billing@sparrowbh.com

    We’ll be happy to clarify charges or provide documentation for insurance reimbursement.
