Have Questions? We Have Answers

  • To make sure your message reaches the right person quickly, we ask that you email us instead of using the portal.

    Email allows us to direct your concern — whether it's about scheduling, billing, or something clinical — to the right team member for a faster response

  • You are either not in our system or you are using an email that is different than the one we have in our system.

    Reach out to us OR Find a confirmation email from us (that is the email we have on file). If you have issues, email us for an invite.

    • Check your upcoming appointment

    • Update your demographic or payment information

    • See which prescriptions were sent for you

    • Pay your bills/Download super bills for out-of-network claims

  • The system automatically gives access to the portal for existing clients (clients in our system).

    If you see this message - you are a new client or we have a different email or name in our system. Please contact our office so we can help resolve this.

    New clients will gain access to the portal once they have an appointment booked.
